Abstract : The occurrence of insect and arthropod pests and their integrated pest management on mango fruits, blossoms, buds, leaves, trunks, twigs and roots in the tropics and subtropics are discussed. It is stated that programs for mango must be based in sampling, economic thresholds and must take into account the effects of cultural practices, horticultural sprays and disease control on pest and natural enemy interactions.
