Abstract : World mango production in 1995 was 19?003?000 metric tonnes, 75.66% of which was produced in Asia. This article presents a breakdown of production by country for the years 1993, 1994 and 1995; mango exports to the USA 1989-95 by country; and mango exports to the EU 1991-95 by exporting country. Rising trends in production and exports are evident.
