Abstract : The subject is discussed under 3 headings: the production status, the advantages for developing fruits, and the technical strategy. The promising cultivars for commercial growing of citrus, banana, pineapple, longan, litchi, mango, loquat and red bayberry (Myrica rubra) are listed, and the areas suitable as production bases are suggested.
