Abstract : Compounds contributing to the aroma and flavour of mangoes, and the role of sulfur compounds in the aroma and flavour of yellow passion fruits, guavas, pawpaws, naranjillas (Solanum quitoense), bambangans (Mangifera panjang) and durians, are discussed.
