Abstract : During 1995 and 1996, 5 fungitoxicants were evaluated for their efficacy in controlling powdery mildew (Oidium mangiferae) of mangoes in Ludhiana, Indian Punjab. Triadimefon (as Bayleton) gave the best control followed by sulfur (as Sulfex), dinocap (as Karathane) and carbendazim (Bavistin). Aureofungin did not control the disease.
