Determination of some flowering characteristics of the mango cultivar Manila in Veracruz.

Abstract : Of some 8000 flowers studied, 62.6% were hermaphrodite, 31.1% staminate and 6.3% deformed. The flowering period lasted 17 days with 150-200 flowers opening daily. Four types of deformed flowers are described.
