Abstract : The paper briefly reviews the wide range of products grown in Peru and already exported or suitable for export. Income derived from those agricultural products already exported are noted. A table presents information on the trend from 1990-97 for the leading export products: coffee; asparagus; mango; brazil nuts; olives; cochineal; annatto; marjoram; turmeric; marigold flour; dried beans; and palmita.
