Citrus blackfly (Aleurocanthus woglumi) - Florida.

Cooperative Plant Pest Report 1 :51

Abstract : Aleurocanthus woglumi Ashby, which had first been found in Florida in 1934 and eradicated in 1937, was found again in a different locality (Broward County) in January 1976 on lime (Citrus aurantiifolia) and calamondin (C. mitis), beginning on 60 young trees in a nursery and spreading to trees in private gardens. It was then found in early February in another nursery 3.5 miles away on mango (Mangifera indica), calamondin and grapefruit (C. paradisi). After further discoveries in February, the infested area appeared to cover 60 miles2, including six nurseries.
