Abstract : Fruits of 13 cultivars of mango grown in Akola, India, were analysed for their physicochemical constituents. Pune Pairi was found to be superior for fruit weight, followed by Manjari. Regarding TSS content, the highest contents were observed in Kesar and Hapus.
