Abstract : An annotated list is presented of the insects that attack fruit crops in Venezuela. The pests are listed systematically under the fruits attacked (mango, Annonaceae, pineapple, papaya, avocado, Musaceae, guava, peach, Citrus spp., medlar and grapevines) together with their vernacular names and in some cases the type of damage caused. The most injurious species are shown in heavy type.
