Abstract : The genotypes of mango cultivars Khiew Sawoey, Nam Dok Mai, Nang Klang Wan, Rad and progenies from 20 controlled crosses were identified by using isoenzyme markers. The four mango cultivars could be identified by putative DIA-C (diaphorase) and IDH-A (isocitrate dehydrogenase) isoenzymes. Progenies of some crosses were identified as true hybrids using these 2 markers.
