Introduction of some mango varieties and their cultural techniques.

Abstract : Five varieties and their cultural techniques are described. Yuexi 1 is an early season variety, maturing in late May, selected from open-pollinated seedlings of Lusong. Aiwen, a United States variety having high resistance to diseases and Tainong 1, a compact variety are mid season varieties. The other two late varieties are the United States varieties Hongmang 6 and Ketemang. The application of 300-500 g/tree of compound fertilizers with a ratio of NPK 15:15:15 before flowering was recommended.
