Abstract : In a study of eight varieties, Local II had the highest sex ratio (male : hermaphrodite flowers), had a low percentage of hermaphrodite flowers and set hardly any fruit. Neelum and Dil Pasand had the highest percentages of hermaphrodite flowers and the lowest sex ratios.
