Abstract : Mango trees in Sub-médio São Francisco, Brazil were observed to exhibit floral and vegetative malformations. The obtained isolates from infected shoots and panicles were identified as Fusarium subglutinans [Gibberella fujikuroi var. subglutinans] comb. nov. Both the floral and vegetative malformations were 2 different expressions of the same species.
