Abstract : In a survey carried out in 201 garden plots in Limete (Congo Democratic Republic), 19 species of cultivated vegetables and 764 plants of 18 fruit-tree species planted or kept in this area were recorded. Mangifera indica was the most planted tree species, and Ipomoea batatas was the most frequently cultivated vegetable species.
