Abstract : This paper first presents a brief overview of mango production and productivity and the varieties grown in India. It then discusses in detail the cultivation, harvesting, packaging, handling, transportation, and marketing of Kesar mango in the Saurashtra region of Gujarat. Quality problems in the supply chain are then outlined, and solutions are proposed for each problem.
