Abstract : Data are presented on changes in the physical characteristics and chemical composition of Himsagar, Sorikhas and Peyaraphuli fruits during ripening. In the early stages Peyaraphuli fruits had the highest sugar content, but at later stages the sugar content was highest in Himsagar.
