Abstract : Vegetative and floral malformations are described, and data are tabulated on the extent of heavy, medium and light panicle malformation in the cvs Dashehari, Chausa, Langra and Bombay Green. Malformed panicles are characterized by an increased number of flowers and a considerable reduction in the number of perfect flowers. Heavy and medium malformation result in almost no fruit set.
