Abstract : Post-harvest problems and handling methods are reviewed for pawpaw, pineapple, avocado, litchi, banana, mango and tangerine fruits, ginger rhizomes, and cut flowers of Vanda cv. Miss Joachim and Anthurium andreanum. These are the main horticultural products exported from Hawaii.
