Control of Diplodia rot of mango by hot water treatment.

Abstract : Hot water treatment at 53 deg C for 10 min effectively inhibited D. natalensis [Botryodiplodia theobromae] rot development on inoculated carabao mango fruits. The percentage of fruit rots due to this pathogen was also reduced in treated, naturally infected fruits.
