Abstract : The applications of isoenzyme and genetic (restriction fragment length polymorphism, random amplified polymorphic DNA, simple sequence repeats, and amplified fragment length polymorphism) markers in cultivar identification, genetic mapping and phylogenetic studies in mango are discussed.
