Investigations on the cytokinin-like substances in mango.

Abstract : Studies were made of changes in cytokinin activity in Alphonso and Olour mango fruits during fruit development. With Alphonso cytokinin activity attained a maximum (197.6 mu g/g fresh weight) 32 days after flowering, and thereafter declined. With Olour activity was highest (163.1 mu g/g) 35 days after flowering.
