Abstract : During a survey aimed at collecting and identifying different insect pests of mango, several already reported insect pests were identified in agro-ecological conditions of Sindh, Pakistan. Asian Ambrosia Beetle (AAB), Xylosandrus crassiusculus, was found as a new insect pest in Sindh. This insect is morphologically described, and its synonyms are given.
