Carbohydrates and mineral composition of leaves in relation to fruit-bud differentiation in 'Langra' mango.

Abstract : Two years' data, for 'off' and 'on' years, are presented on the chemical composition of mango leaves, cv. Langra, assessed at 10-day intervals from 30 September to 15 December. The 'off' year was characterized by higher average leaf N, P and Zn contents and lower C:N and starch:N ratios, K and sucrose contents.
