Abstract : A field experiment was conducted in D.I. Khan, Pakistan, to determine the morphological characteristics of different mango cultivars, i.e. Alphanso, Anwar Ratual, Dosehri, Fajri, Gulab Khas, Langra Malda, Sangi Rakhi, Sindhri and Sona Rika. Malda trees were the tallest while Alphanso was the shortest in height. Maximum tree canopy was recorded in Malda while minimum canopy was recorded in Sangi Rakhi. The maximum stem girth was recorded in Malda, while the minimum stem girth was recorded in Sindhri. Sona Rika had the highest number of inflorescences while Sangi Rakhi had the lowest. Langra produced the highest number of flowers per panicle while the lowest were recorded in Sindhri. Malda produced the shortest inflorescence length while all others produced inflorescences with same length. Alphanso produced fruits with maximum length and width while minimum fruit length was measured in Anwar Ratual and minimum fruit width was recorded in Dosehri. Alphanso produced the heaviest seed weight, whereas the highest yield was obtained from Langra.
