Abstract : Growth of Dashehari mango after veneer and clef grafting on different heights (25, 50, 75 and 100 cm) of seedling rootstock was studied from July 1997 to February 1999, in Patharchatta, Uttar Pradesh, India. Results showed that higher grafting height on the rootstock accelerates scion growth. There was little difference between veneer and cleft grafting with respect to their effects on scion growth.
