Abstract : Anthracnose, stem end rot, Aspergillus rot and Rhizopus rot are important postharvest diseases of mango. Maximum inhibition of mycelial growth and spore germination of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides was observed in garlic bulb extract at 10 per cent concentration. Under in vivo condition, Trichoderma viride spore suspension and garlic bulb extract were very effective in reducing the post harvest diseases of mango.
