Experiment of top-working with young shoots of mango.

Abstract : Experiment was conducted with the young shoots cut from the Katty mango cultivar. The upper part of the shoot was cut for using as scions with length of. 13-15 cm. The graft method was chip grafting. The top-working time was 11 October 2004 and 28 May 2005. Results showed no matter what time for top-working the top-working survival rate could reach 91.5 - 97.4%.
