Abstract : Mild, medium and severe pruning of current season shoot of Mallika and Totapuri cvs. of mango have led to production of inflorescence from the leaf axil of the current season shoot. Thus, heavy flowering and fruiting can be obtained by timely and judicious pruning of mango shoot.
