Abstract : Sudden death of mango was found prevalent in each locality of the Punjab and on all the varieties. However, Chounsa followed by Langra had more attack then other varieties with 44.39 and 36.84 Disease Index respectively. Khanewal District was found under heavy attack of the disease with 35.56 Disease Index. Lasiodiplodia theobromae was most frequently isolated from the diseased samples from all parts of the infected plants.
