Abstract : Mangoes were stored for 4 weeks in air or in an atmosphere containing 5% oxygen and 0, 5 or 10% carbon dioxide, at 12 deg C (cv. Julie) or 11 deg (cv. Amelie). CA storage with 5% each of oxygen and carbon dioxide gave the best results; the fruit had the least storage rot and the best eating quality.
