Abstract : Bananas: Control of Mycosphaerella musicola and M. musae with several chemicals; and location of virus particles in the phloem of shoots affected with bunchy top. Guavas: Evaluation for processing, canning, freezing and juice and jam production. Mangoes: Quality trials. Pineapples: Control of Diaspis bromeliae and of root rot and heart rot caused by Phytophthora cinnamomi. Sapodilla: Long-term trials on cultivation in tropical areas.
