Abstract : The new taxa described in this paper include Phorinothrips levis sp.n., found within galls on Vitis sp. in Kerala, South India; and Thlibothrips inquilinus sp.n., found within bud galls on mango caused by Apsylla cistellata (Buckt.) in Bihar State, India. A key is provided for the separation of adults of the 3 known species of Phorinothrips.
