Fruit characteristics including coloration, soluble solids content, titratable acidity, ascorbic acid, carotenoid, flavonoid etc were measured. Results showed that 10 days before harvest was the best debagging period, all the fruit characteristics were much better than the other debagging times, with highest soluble solids content 22.0%, ascorbic acid 26.09 mg/g.
