Abstract : Shoots of mango trees, cv. Langra, were grafted onto 1-year-old seedlings 10 days after excising the proximal, distal or side half of the lamina, or the whole lamina, or leaving it intact. The highest percentage success and the most vigorous scion growth were obtained by excising the distal half.
