Abstract : The antifungal activities of the essential oils from Clausena lansium, Fortunella margarita, Citrus grandis, Psidium guajava and Mangifera indica by SFE-CO2 were tested against Phyricularia grisea, Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. niveum, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, and Botryodiplodia theobromae by using mycelial growth rate method. The results indicated that the essential oils had the antifungal activities against five fungi at the concentration of 1 g/L. Especially the antifungal activities of the essential oil from Clausena lansium was excellent against Phyricularia grisea, and the inhibition rate was 93.85% at 1 mg/mL; The EC50 of the essential oil from Clausena lansium was 0.21 g/L against Botryodiplodia theobromae.
