Isolation and identification of pathogenic fungi of mango leaf spot.

Abstract : The pathogenic fungi of mango leaf spot were isolated, purified and identified by traditional morphological method and ITS sequence analysis to provide reference for forecast and control of mango leaf spot. The results showed that five pathogenic fungi of Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Oidium mangiferae, Alternaria tenuissima, Epicoccum nigrum and Aspergillu nige were isolated, and ITS sequence analysis could identify pathogenic fungi of mango leaf spot rapidly and accurately, which lays a foundation for biological control of mango diseases.
