Abstract : Experiment was carried out with the infected leaves, shoots, flower clusters and fruit of mango. The pathogen was identified. It is clear that the pathogen of mango anthracnose is Colletotrichum gloeosporioides. The suitable temperature for its hyphae growth and conidia germination were 25-32 °C and 20-32 °C respectively; their suitable pH were 6-9 and 5-8 respectively. Sugar and glucose were suitable for the hyphae growth; the protein gel was profitable for the growth of hyphae and germination of conidia. The lethal temperature for the conidia was 55 °C for 15 min.
