Abstract : The results from analyzing agronomic characters and principal component of mango germplasm resources in Nujiang dry-hot valley showed that there was abundant diversity in mango germplasm resources, there was obvious difference between different plants, the variation coefficients between different characters were difference and the maximum and minimum variation coefficient was single fruit weight (65.28%) and leaf length (11.86%) respectively. The variation coefficients of different characters from mango germplasm resources can be used in breeding of target character. The contribution rate of leaf shape, leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, single fruit weight and fruit length principal components is above 95%, which can express the information of the whole population.
