Control of mango major insects in blossom with garlic.

Abstract : Garlic liquid was diluted to 5, 10 and 15 times, were sprayed to mango tree at blossom stage. The results showed that the control effect of all treatments and CK2 for Idioscopus incertus (Baker), treatments B for Scirtothrips mangiferae and treatment B, C, D for Scirtothips dorsalis were very significant compared with CK1 at 1% significance level. While treatment A and B for Contarinia citri (Barnes), treatment A and CK2 for Scirtothips dorsalis were significant compared with CK1 at 5% significance level as well.
