Evaluation of nutritional status of different orchards of Marathwada region by leaf and soil analysis.

Abstract : The physical and chemical characteristics of soils in mango, fig and banana orchards, the total and available micronutrient status of these orchards, and leaf Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu contents were determined. Leaf samples were taken from healthy trees and those showing nutritional disorders and from soil in which trees were growing. The data for all tests are tabulated and the results are discussed in relation to nutrition with minor elements.
