Abstract : The objective of this work was to analyze the consolidation of product systems (PS). Main outcomes were the establishment for lemon, mango, coconut, coffee, Jamaica and mescal presented progress but not strengthened. Regard, earned a 27.00 adoption rate % of the basic principles of successful organizations in average, evidencing low efficiency in the provision of services to its members. Under present conditions, these systems have no prospect of success that most producers do not know, as well as production and productivity have not improved by his intervention, which requires a rethinking of the corresponding public policy aimed at improving its efficiency and effectiveness.
