Abstract : The present investigation to study the magnitute of physio-chemical changes that occur in mango storage and to assess the ability of different treatments with shelf-life and TSS activities of mango harvested at fully maturity stage was taken at the Experimental Orchards, Department of Agriculture, Annamalai University during 2010-2011. In all the treatments when 60 to 70 percent of the stored mangoes become until for consumption that stage was considered as the end of shelf-life in particular treatment and was expressed a number of days. The determination of total soluble solids was using carl zeiss hand refractometer at room temperature which was calibrated at °Brix.
