Abstract : Growth and yield data are tabulated for 16 mango cvs for the years 1965-1970. The highest total yields (adjusted for planting distance) for the 6 crops came from Lippens, Irwin, Sensation, Eldon and Keitt, in descending order, ranging from 67,079 lb/acre for Lippens to 45,608 lb/acre for Keitt. The last crop of each of these cvs, at 10 years of age, was in the range 10-11 ton/acre. Information is included on varietal differences in bearing behaviour.
