Abstract : The study was conducted to determine the recent past and short-term future demand for mangoes in Iloilo, the existing market structure for mangoes in seven Iloilo areas; the performance of the present system; and to suggest a marketing system to handle a potential increase in mango production. Interviews were conducted with 46 dealers. The results are presented as follows: production and consumption; structure of marketing system; performance of marketing system; a suggested marketing system.
