Abstract : Among 26 cultivars, only 11 were monoembryonic, while the other 15 showed different degrees of polyembryony. Data on fruit weight, seed weight, seed percentage and number of embryos/seed are tabulated. Some polyembryonic varieties of future interest as rootstocks are indicated.
