Abstract : Data are tabulated on fruit and pulp weight; percentage of pulp, peel and seeds; and on TSS, total acidity, pH and total acidity/TSS ratio. The cvs Sao Quirino, Manteiga, Carlota, Santa Alexandrina and Rosa Rainha had >60% pulp content. The cvs Carlota, Sao Quirino and Goa Alfonse had the lowest fruit acidity.
