Abstract : There was no difference in the growth of mango trees fertilized with a complete mineral fertilizer, P2O5 + K2O, or pig slurry, but trees treated with pig slurry yielded 662.7 kg/ha more fruit than trees treated with the other fertilizers. Slurry tended to depress the original soil pH of 4.7-5.3, but had no effect on salinity or on soil minor elements.
