Abstract : Benomyl, maneb followed by tribasic copper sulphate, and captafol were tested on mango cv. Haden for the control of anthracnose (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides) and powdery mildew (Oidium sp). All fungicidal treatments reduced anthracnose lesions on the fruit. Benomyl at 0.3 g/l gave the best control of anthracnose lesions on the fruit and increased yields; it also controlled powdery mildew on the panicles.
