| Method of Preparation | Heat oil in a wok/kadai. Add mustard and let it splutter. Add methi seeds, turmeric and fry for 2 minutes. Add grated mangos, salt and cook for some time. Finally add chilli powder, jaggery and cook till oil starts separating in the corners. The pickle is ready to serve. |
